Taking Steps.
ByI started a diet 10 days ago. Was feeling a little, uh – jiggly. Didn’t want to be approached about playing Santa for a school play this year.
So I’ve completely changed my diet and started exercising almost every day.
I’ve lost 7 pounds so far.
Know what I’ve already noticed?
- My energy level is higher than it’s been in a while. Way higher.
- My cravings are changing. I WANT the good food. Foods that never interested me before are now actually enjoyable.
- I have weak moments, but for the most part I don’t want the JUNK anymore. Really.
- A positive outlook physically has influenced my outlook positively in other areas.
So let’s see…when we take intentional steps to be physically healthy, it increases physical health.
Huh. I wonder if that translates to other areas of our lives as well?
Like I said – only ten days into this, but I’m thinking there might be something to this whole “eat right and exercise” thing.
Huh. I wonder if that translates to other areas of our lives, too? :)
